We are looking for results-oriented and proactive Assistant Back Office Manager to support the operation of our back-office functions. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow to enhance organizational performance. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in supervising daily administrative operations.
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth internal processes.
- Support financial and HR-related back-office activities.
