Process life or health insurance applicationsSchedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and handle logistics for on-site meetings (i.e., lunch ordered, venue, etc.)Handle communication with clientsManage Levitate platform- send out emails through Levitate and send correspondence through social mediaUpdate agent portalOnboard new associateThe Profile
Role Requirements :
Must have 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the Life or Health Insurance industryHas 3 years experience working with USA ClientsAvailable to work roughly 40 hours a week within PST working hoursMust have a keen eye and strong attention to detailHigh-level customer service, being able to establish a good rapport with clientsAbility to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureMust speak and write fluent EnglishMust have a reliable backup internet connectionThe Employer
