The Work You'll Do :

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of strategic initiatives within the Global Infrastructure team. You will oversee the governance of key processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects. Collaborating across departments, you will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and standardizing best practices. Your ability to effectively communicate, resolve challenges, and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in achieving high-quality results that support organizational growth.

Key Position Responsibilities

Knowledge of project methodologies to ensure on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintenance of overall project ownership.

Ability to manage projects across multiple clients and products.

Understanding of end-to-end SOVOS's product / technical and functional applications to guide on best practices to ensure compliance requirements (1-2 markets) Countries / Markets) under multiple SOVOS software

Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision while constantly maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Understanding of project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.

Demonstrated ability to plan and manage project resources effectively.

Demonstrated ability to handle first-level escalation for all project-related risks and issues.

Ability to manage and approve billable time and expenses recorded by consultants.

Demonstrated ability in techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Extensive knowledge of project documentation.

English (Written / Spoken) is recommended.

Minimum Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Average Experience Level 1-3 years’ experience managing projects in software / professional services companies.

Team Expectations

Manage all assigned projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintenance of overall project ownership.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Responsible for planning and managing project resources effectively.

Responsible for managing and approving all billable time and expenses recorded against the project by Sovos Consultants, including your own project time and expenses.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Provide regularly scheduled updates to internal and external stakeholders and hold weekly project update meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope; identify issues and devise contingency plans.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Serve as the first level of escalation for all Project-related risks and issues

Fully responsible for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction for a defined portfolio or projects

Comfortable and confident with making important decisions that impact project outcomes
