Live the Dash Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning and booking to post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction
Resolve client concerns using empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records using internal systems
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning and using booking platforms and CRM tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Client-focused mindset and passion for travel
