About This Role :

We're hiring a Partnerships Coordinator to support influencer / creator / partnership campaigns for a growing DTC brand in the culinary and lifestyle space. In this role, you'll assist in activating and executing campaigns designed to drive purchase intent and strengthen brand storytelling. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to manage partnerships, streamline campaign execution, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support partner selection, campaign activation, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and engage influencers and creators for collaborations and events.
• Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables, product sampling, and recruitment.
• Serve as liaison between influencers and the brand.
• Create clear campaign briefs to guide influencer content production.
• Maintain influencer reporting, data tracking, and campaign recaps.
• Organize contracts, agreements, and assets within CRM / platforms.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure and legal requirements.
• Research and share trends, insights, and best practices in influencer marketing.
