What you will do :
- Support the management of the flagship US e-commerce store, including updates to product catalogs, content, and pricing on the website. This may also include supporting the other, INTL e-commerce stores.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Own the set-up and implementation of Product Description Pages, Collection Pages, and landing pages for the US e-commerce store.
- Maintains the product standardization catalog, which includes compiling information, reviewing for accuracy, and refining accompanying processes.
- Attention to detail is a requirement and necessity.
- Develop and maintain a website calendar, which includes tracking the status of web assets by working cross-departmentally to meet the website launch deadlines.
- Own the inward communication for sitewide updates and changes.
- Implement and maintain strategies for website integrations such as upsells, cross-sells, and in-stock notifications.
- Manage the website’s “Back in Stock” and upsell / cross-sell platforms and processes.
- Manage the processes for creating website and in-store promotional codes
- Implement all website pricing updates.
- General support and maintenance of the website as needed.
- Works cross-functionally with planning, marketing, customer experience, and brand teams
Ideal Profile
Requirements
2+ years experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platformExperience using a landing page builder like Shogun or Replo is strongly preferredStrong proficiency in Google Sheets is requiredProficiency in Slack for effective communication, collaboration, and team coordination including channel management, file sharing, and real-time messaging.Experience with task management systems like Notion or Monday is strongly preferredFamiliarity with Loom for creating and sharing video content, including screen recordings tutorials, and presentations, to enhance communication and training within teams.Interest in website UX, e-commerce, SEO, and website visual merchandising requiredPossess a strong attention to detail and a passion for organizationTeam and goal-oriented mindsetStrong interest in learning new skills and taking on challengesInterested in everyday carry gear andWhat's on Offer?
