The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Be the Voice of Success : Strong verbal and written communication skills that engage and inspire.
- Daily Client Prospecting : Generate new clients every day from a variety of lead sources!
- Respond Rapidly : Handle all inbound leads from internet sources, sign calls, and beyond.
- Coordinate Key Appointments : Set up appointments for our listing and buyer specialists.
- Master Lead Management : Input, organize and manage client and lead databases effectively.
- Follow Up & Seal the Deal : Nurture leads until appointments are set.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Make a set number of sales calls per hour to drive results and maximize opportunities.
- Consistently reach or exceed sales targets, focusing on high performance.
- Excel in a goal-oriented role that values determination and results.
