We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee our Financial Payments Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance within a fast-paced financial services environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team handling payment-related customer support and operational activities
• Monitor daily workflows and ensure all customer inquiries and transaction cases are resolved within established service levels
• Ensure clear and professional communication standards across all customer interactions
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, financial regulations, and security policies

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in banking transfers, payment operations, banking services, financial operations, or financing activities is required.
• Previous leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Sales role with coaching responsibilities)
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused approach
