We're partnering with a company in the commercial automotive and equipment remarketing space, looking to accelerate growth across its commercial segments.
About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive growth across the commercial automotive and equipment remarketing business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across strategy and execution: building campaigns, launching new initiatives, and continuously improving performance while growing professionally. The primary objective is to support the business unit by driving qualified demand and supporting revenue growth across commercial segments.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Format: Full-time contract / Remote / Individual Contributor / 40 hrs per week
Time zone: US Eastern Standard Time
What you'll do
Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new offerings and markets
Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns
Define and develop the outbound channel together with the Sales team
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth
Test, learn, and iterate across different channels and strategies
Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy
Align owned channels, including social media
What we're looking for
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a MUST
Marketing Experience
2–5+ years of experience in a marketing or growth role
Experience in at least one core discipline: paid media, content, lifecycle, or GTM
Understanding of marketing's impact on revenue and pipeline
Tools & Analytics
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Project Management
Project management skills and understanding of OKRs
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Communication & Mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with high curiosity and a learning mindset
Nice to have
B2B or marketplace experience
Business development exposure
Additional language proficiency (multilingual is a bonus)
Master's degree in marketing or a related field
