Virtual Assistant

Full-Time | 100% Remote

Your Startup Operations is a boutique agency providing operational services to small businesses. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is aligned with our core values and meets the following requirements to staff on one of our client accounts.

Salary : Starting $800usd per month

  • Ideal hire is in LATAM (Preferably Mexico)

The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Process life or health insurance applications
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and handle logistics for on-site meetings (i.e., lunch ordered, venue, etc.)
  • Handle communication with clients
  • Manage Levitate platform- send out emails through Levitate and send correspondence through social media
  • Update agent portal
  • Onboard new associate

    • Ideal Profile

    Role Requirements :

  • Must have 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the Life or Health Insurance industry
  • Has 3 years experience working with USA Clients
  • Available to work roughly 40 hours a week within PST working hours
  • Must have a keen eye and strong attention to detail
  • High-level customer service, being able to establish a good rapport with clients
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Must speak and write fluent English
  • Must have a reliable backup internet connection
